Ensure your PC audio settings are correct: If you've not been able to fix the problem through Zoom itself, then check your settings or preferences on your computer. Above everything else, check they actually work to help isolate the problem. Background noise is disrupting the call: If there's too much noise around you - people in the house, traffic noise, animals, aircraft, then consider using a noise cancelation app like Krisp.

If you have ongoing audio problems with your mic, open Zoom while not in a meeting and select the Settings gear , then choose the Audio tab and select Advanced to change these options. Too much temporary data in the browser cache can cause blocked audio scripts on Zoom in rare cases.
To clear your browser cache , open the browser settings menu, and clear both the cache and the cookies. Check if the volume on your computer is muted or too low. If I set this as the default device, however, all my problems are solved except that the audio quality is very poor and there is always static in the background. Edit: the "stereo" headphones bring up the quality significantly and the volume mixer works with it but only when I'm not in a zoom meeting.
